Atlantic Lifesciences Limited, a leading and reputable pharmaceutical and manufacturing company is looking for qualified candidates for the following position: Factory HR and Admin Manager
Job Summary
• The Human Resource & Administration Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, training and labour relations and continuous focus on efficiency and process improvement on administration
Duties
• Actively managing recruitment process
• Developing and documenting HR policies
• Managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
• Developing and maintaining performance appraisal system - Utilizing tools as appropriate
• Ensuring the implementation of staff policies, procedures and practices to comply with local regulatory employment and labour laws amongst other duties
Qualification Required & Experience
• A degree in Human Resource Management or closely related discipline
• 3+ years work experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
Location: Larkpleku, Ningo-Prampram
