Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Kumasi. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of an estate, managing facility operations, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and renovations.


  • Managing the daily operations of the estate, including overseeing maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinating and overseeing contractors, such as landscapers, cleaners, and security personnel
  • Planning and overseeing maintenance activities in the common areas of the estate
  • Managing the estate’s budget and operational expenses
  • Conducting property inspections to ensure the estate’s upkeep and security
  • Interfacing with the executives of the Home owners Association to understand their needs and expectations
  • Ensuring that the estate complies with local laws and regulations
  • Liaising with statutory organisations in ensuring the provision of essential services
  • Ensure security measures are effective and well-maintained
  • Establish the maintenance of standards and protocols for staff and residents
  • Ensure all staff adhere to high-quality service standards



Qualifications

  • Facilities Management, Property Maintenance, and Safety Management skills
  • Experience in managing facility operations and working with vendors
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Minimum 3 Experience in the real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management or related field
  • Membership of a relevant Professional Association
