Job summary
This position requires extraordinary organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Also required is the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and complete special projects for the COO / Leadership Team. The individual must possess exceptional computer skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English. The ability to manage and meet the demands of a fast-paced office by multi-tasking, remaining flexible and meeting multiple deadlines is a must.

The ideal candidate must:
- Have achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration related field. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree is also acceptable.
- Possess 3+ years of project management, analysis, and administrative experience.
- Be available to communicate daily via email and weekly via Zoom with his/her supervisor (based in the US).
- Be able to read and interpret documents, as well as have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Be curious about and have a desire to learn new technology platforms that include Survey Monkey, ChatGPT, Claude, and CRM, plus other developing technologies as opportunities arise to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prioritize multiple projects and requests and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills and be fluent in English with an easy to understand American or British English speech (written and verbal).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and handle general inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and team meetings.
- Complete special projects that may include Excel Spreadsheets, Word documents, and/or creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Analyze data using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Read legal documents to gather a basic understanding of the intent.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the COO and Leadership Team.
Qualifications, Characteristics, and Skills
- Past similar work experience with multi-national English-speaking companies required.
- Ability to develop and document a systematic approach to key functions of the Company.
- General understanding of for-profit business.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and requests and meet deadlines.
- Possess resourcefulness; be confident to seek answers from Google, and other online sources.
- Operate a variety of office equipment, such as personal computer, scanner, and other peripheral computer-related equipment.
