Executive Personal Driver/ Chaffeur

Key ResponsibilitiesTransportation Services:

• Safely transport persons and items between locations within a 10 to 25 km daily radius.
• Communicate efficiently regarding car needs, such as refueling.
• Assist with handling personal items in the vehicle, ensuring their safe delivery and return.
• Deliver and receive items promptly and securely.

Shift Details:

We will be hiring for two separate shifts:

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overnight Shift:
  • 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Candidates may be required to work both shifts based on needs.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
• Conduct daily cleaning and upkeep of the vehicle’s exterior & interior.
• Monitor and address basic vehicle issues, understanding warning signs and basic troubleshooting.

Professional Conduct:

• Maintain the trust and integrity associated with handling luxury vehicles.
• Exhibit courteous and professional behavior at all times.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all passengers and their belongings.

Operational Excellence:

• Utilize and understand all driving features and technologies within the vehicle to enhance the driving experience and passenger comfort.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and any incidents that occur during shifts.

Qualifications and RequirementsExperience:

• Proven experience driving luxury vehicles, with a preference for those familiar with Mercedes-Benz.
• Previous experience driving for diplomats or handling high-end clients is highly desirable.
• Candidates without prior driving experience may be considered if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and commit to daily training.

Skills:

• Excellent driving record with experience transporting passengers.
• Ability to perform vehicle maintenance and understand vehicle mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and functionality.
• Ability to recognize and respond to vehicle warning signs promptly, with effective communication about issues.

References:

• Must be able to provide 2 reference contacts to verify previous driving and professional experience.
