The services of an Event Grounds Manager is needed for immediate employment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Maintaining landscaping, gardens, and grounds.
- Supervising grounds staff.
- Coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Maintenance:
- Performing routine inspections.
- Scheduling repairs and maintenance including routine maintenance
- Managing pest control.
- Conducting seasonal preparations.
Horticulture:
- Designing and implementing landscaping projects.
- Selecting and purchasing plants and materials.
- Ensuring plant health and disease management.
Event Support:
- Coordinating event setup and teardown.
- Providing event logistics support.
- Ensuring grounds are event-ready.
Safety and Security:
- Ensuring grounds safety and security.
- Responding to emergencies.
- Conducting risk assessments.
Sustainability:
- Implementing environmentally friendly practices.
- Reducing energy consumption and waste.
- Promoting sustainable grounds management
Requirements:
- A MALE will be preferable
- Resident in Kumasi preferably Ahodwo and environs
- Qualifications: HND or degree in facilities Management or similar discipline
Location: Kumasi
Salary Range: Ghc 1500.00 - Ghc 2000.00
