Job Summary

The services of an Event Grounds Administrator is needed for immediate employment.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Administrative:

  • Budgeting and financial management.
  • Reporting and record-keeping.
  • Hiring and training staff.
  • Compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Reconciling of customer payments and bookings
  • Ensuring grounds is kept clean at all times


Communication:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders (e.g., staff, clients, contractors).
  • Addressing concerns and issues.
  • Providing grounds updates and reports.


Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide event information and venue details.
  • Resolve social media-related issues.
  • Escalate concerns to management as needed.
  • Scouting for customers


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Schedule posts and content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategies.


Event Promotion:

  • Promote upcoming events and conferences.
  • Create event-specific social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with event organizers on social media strategy.
  • Share event updates, schedules, and reminders.


Branding and Marketing:

  • Maintain consistent branding across social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials.
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics and ROI.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments).
  • Monitor follower growth and demographics.
  • Analyze social media campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular social media reports to management.


Requirement:

  • A FEMALE will be preferable
  • Resident in Kumasi preferably Ahodwo and environs
  • Qualifications: Degree or master’s in business administration.
  • Savvy in social media platform management.
