Estate and Transport Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organizations transport fleet
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles
• Ensure compliance with transport and building regulations and laws
• Manage the estate facilities, including maintenance and repairs
• Develop and implement transport and estate management policies
• Manage and maintain the organization’s building and other assets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist your superior in the registration and protection of landed properties such as land and buildings.

Requirements:

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field (transport management, fleet management, or facilities management)
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
