Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to drive the sales of Our technology products nationwide. This individual will recruit a team of business development officers to achieve monthly sales targets by building and managing a network of customers. The ideal candidate must have experience in B2B sales, SME sales, be energetic, results-oriented, and comfortable with traveling to meet clients in person.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets for Our technology products.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach startups, SMEs, and enterprise customers across Ghana.
Identify and recruit potential clients such as entrepreneurs, online businesses, retail and hospitality sectors, SOHOs, and conference/event organizers and other industries.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with businesses.
Lead client presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to educate prospects on our technology features, which include the 4G+ routers, Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools.
Provide bi-weekly sales reports and feedback on challenges and market trends to management.
Coordinate with other departments for product activations, branding campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements to sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales (preferably in telecom or technology sectors).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple clients and work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to travel across Ghana for client meetings and sales opportunities.
Familiarity with business products or experience selling enterprise solutions is a plus.
