Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager responsible for identifying and engaging clients, driving sales, and managing customer relationships. Conducts sales presentations, negotiates contracts, and provides market insights. Supports business growth through strategic account management and project operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Implementer of marketing and sales work
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
  • Provide accurate and regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
  • Drive promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Feedback on client needs and market demands to the product development team.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship plans, organize the implementation of customer relationship development activities, and support business growth.
  • Understand customers' business and network requirements and correctly convey the value proposition of the company's solutions.
  • Participate in project negotiation and assist in project transaction and operation activities such as contract clause improvement and dispute resolution.


Qualifications, Business skill & Professional Knowledge requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electric and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing and any other sales related education


Attributes:

  •  Able to develop effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  •  Ability to understand and influence customer requirements;
  •  Project operation capability: Participate in or take the lead in project operations of the Enterprise department.
  • Transaction management capability


Professional Knowledge:

  • Formulate and implement dynamic sales strategies.
  • Should be able to achieve targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.


Experience:

  • 5 years of experience minimum in the industry.

  • Ghanaian
