Job Description:
- Responsible for new installation of lighting, power supply and modification of all existing ones.
- Responsible for switching ON and OFF at the appropriate times for all outside lighting.
- Liaise any staff problems with both Assistant Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Manager. Responsible for maintenance and repairs of all electrical components in the plant and equipment.
- Responsible for daily utilities readings and maintenance duty log books.
- To follow the planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance programme.
- Assist in monitoring and supply of all utilities at all times
- Health and Safety
- To be fully familiar with all Health and Safety policies relevant to the maintenance department and to ensure they are adhered to.
- To be abreast with issues of Legislation regarding Health and Safety, firefighting equipment and electricity applicable to the maintenance department.
- Higher National Diploma in Electricals (Minimum)
- Experience – 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality Industry.
- Skill- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software to be able to generate varied reports
