The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing profitable business and maximize Hilti market share; Develop and implement strategic plan through bundled & packaged solution approach; Monitor competition activity in assigned territory within the Energy & Industry sector, and build tactic plan to fight competition.

Job Description/Requirements

What does the role involve?

  • As an Sales Account Representative, your main responsibility will be to visit our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them.
  • You could find yourself on construction sites and energy projects like Power Plants, Refineries, Offshore etc or in offices, jobsites and warehouses. 
  • Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and it’s a real hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry, while selling our state-of-the-art software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name.
  • Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.

We are looking for:

  • A person with an agile approach to solving problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is enthusiastic to learn and drive to succeed, with a dynamic sales personality and a strong winning and high-performance mindset.


What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s in an Engineering field is a must, civil or mechanical.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ professional sales experience in construction industry.
  • Experience in energy or industry sector is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Existing relationship in the industry is a plus.
  • To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
