Job Descriptions

• Conduct Driving Lessons: Provide practical driving lessons and theoretical instruction to students, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of road safety and driving t chniques.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Establish and maintain a productive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student success.
• Adapt Teaching Methods: Tailor instruction to meet the individual learning needs and pace of each student, ensuring they are well-prepared for their driving exams.
• Assess Student Progress: Evaluate and monitor student performance, offering feedback and guidance to help them improve.
• Administrative Duties: Keep accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance. Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License: Minimum Class C license required.
• Certified Driving Instructor: Must be a certified driving school instructor with proven experience.
• Adaptability and Communication Skills: Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different students needs and excellent communication skills.
• Team Player: Must work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Trustworthy and Reliable: Must be dependable, honest, and punctual.
