Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and Efficient Driving: Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Route Planning & Delivery: Plan and execute daily routes to ensure timely deliveries, pickups, and transportation services as required.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are in good condition, performing routine checks for maintenance needs, and reporting any issues to the fleet manager.
• Timely Arrivals: Ensure all deliveries, pickups, or transportation tasks are completed on time, meeting the requirements set by the logistics or operations team.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of vehicle use, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to customers, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Problem-Solving: Adapt to unforeseen changes, such as route adjustments or schedule modifications, with minimal disruption to operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with traffic laws, road safety, and vehicle maintenance.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Dependability in meeting scheduled times and completing daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Minimum Educational Qualification: HND/ WASSCE.
