Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Draughtsman to support our design and construction team in producing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans for a variety of building and infrastructure projects in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of local building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D and 3D architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and develop technical drawings.
- Modify drawings based on feedback and ensure timely updates during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare working drawings, detailing plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
- Assist with on-site measurements and surveys to support accurate designs.
- Maintain organized files and version control for all project documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with Ghana Building Code and other relevant standards.
- Assist with preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and as-built drawings when required.
