Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to handle both outdoor and indoor deliveries, ensuring the timely and secure transportation of documents, materials, packages, and bulky items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning efficient delivery routes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for outdoor and indoor delivery, sending and collecting official documents, materials, packages, and bulky items as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery, including time, date, and recipient signature.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for delivery.
- Receive delivery orders and instructions from a dispatcher.
- Ensure packages are delivered intact and in good condition.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and recipients.
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of Junior High School (JHS) Certificate.
- Ability to read, understand, and write English correctly.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in riding.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel from all levels internally or externally.
