Job Summary
The Director of Operations/Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an architecture and construction company. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. The Operations Manager will coordinate between various teams, including design, construction, procurement, and client relations, to ensure seamless project delivery and optimal business performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring effective resource allocation, scheduling, and communication.
2. Project Management:
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure that all architectural and construction projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and client specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline project workflows and resolve conflicts.
3. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in project execution and implement strategies to mitigate them.
4. Technology and Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to ensure the company remains competitive and agile.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics or Civil Engineering, A professional qualification certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively and efficiently.
