Job Description/Requirements
The Digital Systems Analyst will be working with the development team in integrating software project functions and resources across the product life cycle, right from planning, building, testing, and deployment to support effective business software solutions in line with Global/Local business and technical requirements for internal and external customers. This role will be coaching agile methods and providing support and facilitation to increase velocity and team productivity within the Digital ICT team.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
Lead the creation of digital squads to help in Agile delivery based on the Business' digital strategy.
Identify gaps in the existing software solutions and processes to advise appropriately the Operational team and engage for an in-house fix or escalate to appropriate IT/Business unit or vendor to fix.
Support the Product Owner(s) in ensuring right-sized story writing, aligning priorities, and planning sprint iterations
Design and implement processes and tools to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery, maximizing the speed and quality of delivery across squads.
Track and manage risks and issues of the delivery team
Lead analysis with the architect to identify software solution opportunities for systems improvement using in-house resources, cost effective tools and industry best practices.
Facilitating key agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
Good understanding of operational processes in the Telecom industry.
Agile and DevOps Software development experience
Natural "servant" leader, with the ability to develop and communicate the objectives, inspire, coach, and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business outcome vision.
Ability to continue to monitor, learn, and implement industry best practices from the agile community.
Production-readiness assessment of modules and supporting systems
Ability to contextualize the wider business and financial goals to the domain and make decisions, prioritization, and recommendations accordingly.
Excellent collaboration and strong time-management skills
Agile software development environment and methods such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD and BDD
A good knowledge in performance and digital engagement tools like SMAPI, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
Experience of coordinating multiple programmes or activities. Strong Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs.
Incidence management and root cause analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field.
At least 4 years of work experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner with agile teams
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Certified Scrum Master or similar.
Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, and BDD.
A good performance analyst with knowledge in SMAPI, Dynatrace, Little Forest
