Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and Service Delivery Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our development team, operations team, and clients to ensure that our services are highly available.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Have basic electric power knowledge and be able to effectively manage equipment security risks and manpower security risks.
- Have a basic knowledge of smart PV delivery. Be able to guide customers onsite installation and commissioning of Huawei devices. Be able to review customers' onsite implementation solutions.
- Understand the after-sales service process of smart PV to help customers apply for after-sales services and spare parts.
- Have systematic knowledge of smart PV, which can support channel service capability enablement.
Educational background and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electric power engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Electric, Solar, or UPS.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on-call and occasional off-hours.
