Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Identify target audiences and tailor online campaigns to meet their needs.
Content Creation and Management
- Create, edit, and publish engaging digital content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop multimedia assets.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings.
- Manage PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Social Media Management
- Oversee and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Design and implement social media campaigns to boost engagement and reach.
Email Marketing
- Design and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Track and optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Customer Engagement and Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to engage with online audiences and generate leads.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage customer data.
Marketing Automation
- Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better results.
Staying Updated
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to improve digital marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (e.g., 2+ years).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
