Job Description

1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: Responsible for developing the overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, etc., and ensuring effective implementation of these strategies.

 2. Social Media Management: Manage the company's image on major social media platforms and plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities. This includes content publishing, user engagement, event planning, and more.

3. E-Commerce Website Management: Manage the company’s e-commerce website (the products are electronics, accessories and home appliances), this includes

online promotion planning and executive, content publishing and online ads campaign management

 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use various digital tools and analytics platforms to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and optimize marketing strategies based on data feedback. Regularly report the performance and ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing activities to management.

 5. Content Marketing: Plan and manage various forms of content (such as blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) to increase brand awareness, attract traffic, and convert potential customers.

 6. Online Advertising Management: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, etc., to maximize the efficiency of advertising spend.

 7. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize the company’s website and content to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

 8. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (such as advertising agencies, KOLs, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.

 

 Job Requirements

 1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing is a plus.

 2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including strategy development and hands-on execution across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.)

  • Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns, with a track record of successful engagement and brand building.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and using analytics tools to drive informed decisions.
  • Have experience in e-commerce website management

3. Technical Skills:

   - Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and SEO tools

   -  understand SEO principles and have practices in this field.

 

4. Content Creation:

   - Ability to plan, create, and manage content across various formats (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) to align with marketing strategies.

   - Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to produce compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.

 

5. Analytical Skills:

   - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

   - Experience in measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and adjusting strategies accordingly to improve ROI.

 

6. Project Management:

   - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

   - Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 

7. Communication and Collaboration:

   - Good interpersonal and communication skills

   - Experience in working with external partners, such as advertising agencies, influencers, and vendors.


Salary Budget: Gross GHS 2000-3500
