Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional creativity, and a proven track record in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling and engaging copy for websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content tailored for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience interests.
- Social Media Management: Strategize, create, and manage posts on social media platforms, driving engagement and follower growth.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring optimal performance, SEO, and user experience
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing materials, and advertisements using Canvas or similar tools.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build customer loyalty.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use insights to inform future strategies.
- Brand Strategy: Work collaboratively with the team to develop and enhance the overall brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep the company’s marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress website management.
- Expertise in Canvas or similar graphic design tools.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
