Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will sell developed homes, including developer-provided options to a buyer pool which includes middle managers, professionals and investors both in Ghana and the diaspora. Online and Digital Sales and Marketing co-ordination and management. Responsible mainly for expanding the and clients, especially Special Gardens’ digital marketing strategy, web and overall online presence by developing and implementing new electronic marketing campaigns, creating innovative marketing approaches, improving marketing communication both internally and externally. Focus on online marketing and branding that will generate awareness, engagement, leads and sales. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the in-house sales team and manage external sales partners (e.g., brokers, agents and buyers of our properties) who make a successful referral). Ability to work closely with other talented and dedicated digital marketing professionals and vendors. More specifically, work closely with website developer’s, bloggers, influencers, editors, content marketers, email marketing specialists, mobile marketing developers, other social media teams and more.

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum four (4) years working experience, including at least three years of digital marketing or advertising experience
  • First Degree or Diploma Certificates from an accredited University
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including the willingness to listen,
  • understand and engage the customer
  • Excellent English skills, oral and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Basic quantitative, business process management, financial management and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage hospitality staff and provide end to end service needs of all clients, buyers, sellers and tenants


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing/managing all aspects of our clients’ digital marketing tasks, events, work plans, campaigns and strategies. Also develop, plan and manage digital marketing budgets.
  • Stay on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure our clients, their products, services and offerings remain relevant in digital marketing space.
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to client website/social media platforms, events and sales offices/model homes.
  • Manage key sales & rental related activities, processes and experiences, including development viewing visits, site office sales, and all other on-site and off-site sales-related activities and events.
  • Use online profiling tools to enhance lead generation, contacting, follow- ups and conversion.
  • Oversee the design and production of print materials, publications, digital marketing materials and social media campaigns manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously.
  • Deepen relationships & network with all potential sales and rental channels’ providers, developers, clients, agents, institutions and partners to effectively convert deals and ensure regular referrals


Key Sales & Rental Function

  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Engage effective with sales and rental system, database and customer relationship tools for leads, communication and conversion tracking.
  • Provide timely client and service information and analysis on service operations activities, promotions, processes and strategies for the team and members of other functions to assist general customer and client related activities
  • Develops website content and implements strategic digital marketing plans and forecasts to achieve objectives for the company’s programs and services.
  • Identify, organize and attend relevant networking events and sales/rental opportunity activities.
  • Develop/monitor campaign budgets for effective planning & managing of social media platforms.
  • Coordinating with other advertising and media experts, the sales team and other partners to improve marketing results and to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Organize, identify and support impactful sales & marketing campaigns and related activities such as collateral creation, housing fairs and activations, corporate sales research, rental targeting, presentations, property management, new business development and related client, customer and developer roadshows.
