Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Creator to produce high-quality, engaging digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, stays up-to-date with digital trends, and has a solid understanding of how to grow an online presence. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and compelling content that resonates with our target audience, enhances brand awareness, and drives engagement.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and design a wide range of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Video Production & Editing: Shoot, edit, and produce video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and other digital assets.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and company goals.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, plan and schedule posts, monitor performance, and engage with the audience.
  • SEO & Analytics: Optimize digital content for search engines and track performance metrics to improve future content strategies.
  • Photography: Capture and edit high-quality photos for digital platforms when necessary.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice and aesthetic across all content channels.
  • Collaboration: Work with different departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure content is aligned with business goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends, experimenting with new formats and platforms.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communication, graphic design, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Creator or similar role.
  • Excellent video editing skills, including color grading, sound mixing, and special effects.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Creativity and a strong sense of visual design.
  • Familiarity with photography and lighting techniques is a plus.
