Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Digital Content Strategist who excels at understanding user needs and behaviors and can create sophisticated content that enhances interaction with premium brands. Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and operations teams, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging copy for unique loyalty programs that resonate with our clients’ brand values and appeal to their target audiences.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand voice
  • Write and edit high-quality, engaging content for landing pages, websites, member portals, campaign emails, enrollment flows, event descriptions, and mobile apps
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to create content that supports user engagement and drives conversion
  • Conduct user research and apply insights to create content that meets user needs and enhances the user experience
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience
  • Work with UX/UI designers to ensure content is effectively integrated into digital designs and enhances overall usability
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve and optimize content strategies


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital content strategy, copywriting, or a similar role
  • Proven experience writing for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user-centered design
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and familiar with SEO best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive content decisions
