Key Responsibilities:
- SEO & SEM: Run keyword research, site audits, and manage PPC campaigns.
- Paid Ads & Campaign Management: Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
- Website & CRO: Work on UX, landing pages, A/B testing, and site optimization.
- Marketing Automation & Retargeting: Manage tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and dynamic ad retargeting.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop blog posts, videos, infographics, and brand narratives.
- Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Email Marketing & Engagement: Create audience-segmented campaigns using Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Brand Building & Community Management: Manage online reputation and customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Performance Marketing team for alignment.
Skills Required:
- Data-driven mindset, expertise in Google Ads & SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in analytics & conversion rate optimization (CRO).
