Job Summary

The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for crafting compelling content that engages, informs, and inspires audiences across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a dynamic storyteller with expertise in influencer management, copywriting, and community management. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to bring our clients’ brands to life.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to brand objectives.
  • Create engaging and on-brand content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and more.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics, and visuals).


Influencer Management:

  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers across relevant niches.
  • Develop influencer campaigns, negotiate contracts, and monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with brand goals.


Copywriting:

  • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and brand communications.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards and consistency.


Community Management:

  • Monitor, engage, and grow client communities on social media platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Use analytics to identify trends, measure success, and optimize content and community strategies.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns and content.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance future strategies.


Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital content creation, influencer marketing, copywriting, and/or community management.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and collaborations.


Skills:

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach, negotiation, and management.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies for better performance.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) are a plus.
