Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Act as the main liaison for assigned client accounts.
- Cultivate strong, reliable relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and providing strategic digital marketing solutions.
- Regularly update clients on campaign performance, seek feedback, and address any concerns. Campaign Planning and Implementation:
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work with internal teams such as creative, analytics, and digital marketing specialists, to devise tailored digital marketing strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
- Supervise the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance, key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
Prospecting for New Business:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects through thorough research of potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Engage in outbound prospecting activities like cold calling, emailing, and attending networking events to generate leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to exhibit the agency's capabilities and value proposition to potential clients. Pipeline Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the agency's CRM system. Monitor the progress of new business prospects through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Regularly update senior management on new business initiatives and pipeline status.
Key Performance Indicators:
Client Satisfaction:
- Client feedback ratings and testimonials.
- Client retention rates and repeat business.
Campaign Performance:
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Achievement of campaign objectives and targets.
New Business Development:
- Number of new business leads generated.
- Conversion rate of leads into qualified opportunities.
- Total value of new business contracts secured.
Pipeline Management:
- Pipeline growth and progression metrics.
- Time-to-close for new business opportunities.
- Accuracy and completeness of BD tracker
Team Collaboration:
- Feedback from internal teams on collaboration and communication effectiveness.
- Contribution to cross-functional project success.
