Job summary

This role combines project coordination, site supervision, inventory management, procurement, and administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both in the office and on project sites.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination

  • Attend site visits and supervise ongoing projects.
  • Take accurate site measurements and prepare site reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, artisans, suppliers, and installers.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.


Retail Operations & Inventory

  • Receive and record incoming stock.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory records.
  • Report stock discrepancies or damaged items.
  • Keep the stockroom organized.


Administration & Operations

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Schedule client meetings, site visits, and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized project and business records.
  • Follow up with clients, suppliers, and vendors.


Procurement & Brand Support

  • Source products and request supplier quotations.
  • Track orders and delivery timelines.
  • Capture photos and videos of projects and new product arrivals when needed.


Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  •  Ability to take accurate site measurements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  •  A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.


Ideal Candidate

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  •  0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Reliable, detail oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in both office and site environments.
