Job Description/Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Order Processing
- Receive and process takeaway orders from customers.
- Confirm order details to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Customer Communication
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and online chat.
- Provide information about products, services and promotions.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed and accurate solutions.
Problem Solving
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer complaints and feedback, and report common problems to management to improve service.
Customer Relationship Maintenance
- Build and maintain good customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.
- Follow up customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
Data Management
- Update and maintain customer database to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate and analyze customer service reports and make suggestions for improvements.
Job Requirements
- Work Experience: Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
