Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
  • Managing customer complaints, providing updates throughout the resolution process in a friendly and supportive manner
  • Collaborating with customers, staff, vendors, and contractors to resolve inquiries
  • Informing customers about products and services
  • Coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs
  • Working as a team to achieve department and individual targets


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3years experience in an English speaking Customer Service role for a telecommunications or technology company
  • Expert level speaking, writing and reading English with a neutral accent easily understood by English speaking North Americans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel



This remote role requires a quiet private home working space with reliable power supply and reliable broadband wired Internet connection (DSL, coaxial or fibre). In order to ensure optimal Internet connectivity, you will be required to connect your laptop directly to the Internet

connection modem using physical Ethernet connection cable (WiFi connections are not suitable for this role).


We are open every day between 8AM and 12 midnight Eastern Time. Typical work shifts are 8 hours long for 5 days a week (could be on weekend as well) for a total of 40 work hours per week. You will be assigned available shifts ranging between 8AM and 12AM midnight Eastern


Time or between 12PM and 4AM your time.

You will be required to sign an Independent Contractor agreement. Diallog offers generous

compensation packages, commensurate with experience.
