Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, complaints and feedback, and maintaining good relationships between the company and customers. You will work directly with the sales team.

Job Description/Requirements

Main responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage the customer service team to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Handle customer complaints, issues and inquiries to ensure that issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement customer service processes and policies to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze customer service performance indicators and make recommendations for continuous improvement


Job requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and service spirit.
  • Ability to remain calm and effectively manage a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Customer service management related qualifications preferred
