We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will oversee service processes, handle inquiries and complaints, and train staff to maintain high service standards.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions.
  • Lead and train customer service teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Prepare customer service reports.



Requirements:

  • 1-3 years or more of customer service management experience.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills, able to cope with a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented thinking.
  • Able to lead the team to achieve service goals, and have good management skills to lead the team to learn.
