Requirements:
- 1-3 years or more of customer service management experience.
- Excellent communication and team management skills, able to cope with a rapidly changing work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented thinking.
- Able to lead the team to achieve service goals, and have good management skills to lead the team to learn.
