Job Summary

We are a Technology service provider that combines telecommunication services and other technology solutions to provide a pool of products for small, medium and enterprise businesses. We're seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong empathy and customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM, ticketing systems)


Nice to Have

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
