REPORTS DIRECTLY TO:

GENERAL MANAGER

1.             JOB PURPOSE:

The Corporate Videographer/Photographer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content, including photos and videos, to support the company's marketing, branding, and project documentation efforts. This role involves planning, shooting, and editing visual assets for various platforms, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. The role also supports cross-functional teams in developing visual materials that enhance client presentations and promotional activities.

2.             KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

●               Technical/Operations duties

1.             Plan, shoot, and edit day-to-day photo and video content.

2.             Create visual assets for various media, including social media, print, and digital platforms.

3.             Collaborate with team members and project managers to capture footage for construction and other company projects.

4.             Edit photos and videos for promotional purposes, client presentations, and internal use.

5.             Work with cross-functional teams to align visual content with business goals and technical requirements.

6.             Manage all technical aspects of video recording and editing, ensuring high-quality output.

7.             Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and organize visual projects.

8.             Work with the marketing and communications team to create visual content that supports branding and marketing strategies.

9.             Properly archive and manage all photo and video assets.

10.          Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

3.             KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

1.             Content Quality:

●               Consistently produce high-quality photos and videos that meet company standards.

2.             Timeliness of Deliverables:

●               Complete projects within the agreed deadlines, including editing and finalizing visual content.

3.             Project Volume:

●               Number of successful photo and video projects completed per month or quarter.

4.             Client/Team Satisfaction:

●               Positive feedback from internal teams and external clients on visual content.

5.             Content Engagement:

●               Track engagement and performance of visual content on social media and other platforms (likes, shares, comments).

6.             Technical Proficiency:

●               Effective use of software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.

7.             Asset Management:

●               Proper organization and archiving of all photo and video assets for easy retrieval and reuse.

8.             Collaboration and Communication:

●               Effective collaboration with marketing, project management, and other departments to meet project goals.

9.             Adherence to Brand Guidelines:

●               Ensure that all visual content aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies.

●               Education: Degree or Equivalent (HND or Technical Diploma also considered)

●               Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in photography and videography

●               Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects

●               Strong technical skills in video editing software, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.

●               High-level communication and interpersonal skills.

●               Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

●               Strong organizational skills to manage digital assets.
