Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards. The cook’s responsibilities include following instructions relating to the timely preparation of food orders, organizing workstations, and assisting other cooks as needed. You should also be able to ensure that the refrigerators and storerooms are kept clean and tidy.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all food is cooked and presented properly and in a timely manner.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in the development and testing of new menu items.
- Provide support in other areas of the kitchen as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Culinary training or equivalent experience preferred.
