Job Description:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standard set by the Head Chef.

- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored and prepared in a timely manner.
- Cook food items to the correct temperatures and doneness according to customer specification and recipe guidelines.
- Properly label and store food items, ensuring all products are rotated and used before their expiration dates
- Assist in setting up and stocking kitchen stations with the necessary supplies.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and checking orders for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- 2 years and above of experience as a Cook.
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
