Job Summary
We are seeking a Control Room Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, handling client communication, and performing administrative tasks. The candidate must be a good communicator, computer literate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and promptly report any alerts or unusual activities.
- Manage Book-On and Book-Off procedures, ensuring proper documentation of shift start and end times.
- Conduct check calls to security guards and monitor patrol activities in real time.
- Answer phone calls from clients and potential clients, forwarding inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform administrative tasks, including writing reports, verifying guard licenses, and filing documents.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and patrol activities.
Requirements:
- Must live in Dansoman or its environs.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent team player with strong organizational skills.
- Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
