Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site labor, including skilled workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations
- Coordinate and manage site activities, including scheduling and budgeting
- Monitor and control materials, workmanship, and construction methods
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and submit progress reports and site reports
- Ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree , HND or CTC III in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Ghanaian building codes and regulations
