Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Accra for a Compliance officer Role at Mansu. The Compliance officer will be responsible for advising members of the business on compliance matters. Researching and understanding changes in legislation and how they would affect the business; remediating and reviewing KYC files and obtaining necessary documentation; and being involved in compliance monitoring, audits, and risk assessments
Qualifications
- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Analytical Skills and Communication skills
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
- Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a keen interest in and understanding of financial markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
