Job Description/Requirements

Champion Mission:

To ensure sound channel execution and standards across the group, according to Jobberman Ghana and TATC frameworks, and to help channel peers gain perspectives.


Responsibilities and Functional:

Content Creation/ Distribution/ Social Channel Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage our online community.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage social media advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and community management.
  • Research market-relevant topics & contribute ideas to an editorial calendar (Blog)
  • Write engaging on-page SEO text based on established guidelines
  • Develop creative strategic ways to drive traffic to the Jobberman Ghana website
  • Contribute ideas for email subject line and copy
  • Brief graphics for content pieces with clearly specific requirements for the design team
  • Assist with content and social media ideation and execution for campaigns and events.
  • And any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor


Key Responsibilities Organizational:

  • Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack
  • Utilize Trello to update task status
  • Coordinate with the design team on visual assets for content
  • Analyze KPIs performance and optimize over time
  • Update as required with weekly tasks, updates, and wins.
  • Update Campaign briefs with weekly social statistics


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
  • Excellent creative written, content development skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • A passion for community building and connecting with people online.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Must have great proofreading skills
  • Must have an eye for design/ photography/ videos
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must have great collaborative skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership
  • Must have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize & multitask
