TASKS AND DUTIES
- Invoicing of all jobs
- Rates and Quotations
- Client account management
- Addressing Clients needs
- Responding to email requests
- Periodic client visitations
- Liaising with other departments to ensure job delivery.
- Following up for waybills
- Keeping an updated job sheet
- Follow up on payments of jobs executed and invoiced.
- Work on pre-qualifications and vendor registrations.
- Comply with all HSE rules and regulations and ensure others also do same
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES / QUALIFICATION
- Demonstrated ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proven administrative, leadership and management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Candidates must have a minimum of a tertiary dergee in business administration.
- Professional qualifications in logistics and transport (e.g. CILT) will be an advantage.
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Strong professional background with not less than 3 years of experience within the logistics and transport sector.
