Job Description/Requirements
Job Expectations:
- Manage the entire sales process: Serve potential and current customers on all channels (chat, phone, social media, etc.). Coordinate and execute meetings, close deals, PEM preparation and post-sales follow-up for 3 months. Manage and execute customer preparation by following up with the customer until they are active by issuing sales documents.
- Constantly learning about new features and improvements to the point of sale.
- Maintain quality customer service and quick response.
- Manage the collection process.
- Correctly enter commercial information (follow-ups and closings) into the platforms established by the company such as BSP, CRM and others to calculate commercial goals and the CS process.
- Generate new business opportunities proactively, attend thematic fairs, talks or any other instance of brand visualization and marketing. Attract new customers.
- Prepare and issue sales reports.
- Support and perform all tasks necessary and required by the area.
- Meet goals.
- On-site work modality in Mexico City.
