Our client offers holiday recreational and fun learning sessions for children.
Scope
The Club Coordinator will primarily oversee the administrative, operational and client management aspects of the centre and will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre and its programs, including the swim school, holiday camps, the LFIA périscolaire program and any other related businesses, activities, events, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations across all programs.
- Liaise with vendors for supplies, pool maintenance, and other operational needs.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage enrolments for all club programs, including the LFIA Périscolaire program.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle payments.
- Oversee logistics for all programs and events.
- Coordinate the scheduling, staffing and execution of LFIA Périscolaire program activities.
- Ensure all Activity Leaders deliver enriching and engaging activities as well as enforce all club policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with families about lesson schedules, progress updates and feedback.
- Handle complaints and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
- Promote all club activities, including the LFIA Périscolaire and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track attendance and lesson schedules using digital tools or spreadsheets.
Requirements
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration, customer service, and/or operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to plan and organize camp activities, schedules, and logistics.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Must be tech-savvy, i.e., proficient in using scheduling tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
