Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator. The position is located in Kumasi. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing clinical trials, obtaining informed consent from participants, and ensuring compliance with research protocols. Additional tasks include managing data collection, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the research team to ensure the successful execution of research studies.
Qualifications
- Competent in proposal and Grant Writing
- Experience in Informed Consent and Protocol management
- Knowledge and experience in conducting Research and Clinical Research
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating Clinical Trials
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Master's degree in a relevant scientific, medical, or healthcare field is preferred
