Purpose of the job
• The purpose of this role is to plan, organize, contribute to and develop integrated marketing & social media campaigns to promote the company's products and services
• The job holder will generate 360 business for the company through marketing of the products and services of the group.
• The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users of customers
Key Responsibilities and duties
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-tern partnerships
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services of the company in pursuit of new business
• Maintain knowledge on company's products and services to prospective clients
• Collaborate with team on experiential and awareness creation projects, social media campaigns and content creation
• Negotiate, close all sales deals and handle complaints or objections from clients
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalist and remain in regular contact with your client to understand and meet their needs
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
• Negotiate agreements and keep record of sales and data
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through code calling, networking and social media (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree in marketing, business administration with approximately 3 to 5 years experience agency experience preferred.
• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Should possess a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software, familiarity with social media and web analytics
