Job Summary
We are looking to employ an experienced client servicing executive to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. The client servicing executive’s responsibilities include collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs, providing regular updates to higher management, and upselling company products where possible.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Know all essential aspects of the business and respond to clients request accordingly.
- Ascertain their purchasing needs.
- Assist customers in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow- ups as necessary.
- Direct customer needs to the right department for job execution.
- Review and record customer information.
- Work collaboratively with other staff, managers and resources to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Follow up on existing clients and attract new ones.
- Always keep the reception area clean and tidy.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma is required
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience in marketing
- Must have good communication skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing would be a plus
Location: Asylum Down
Salary Range: Ghc 1000.00 - Ghc 1500.00
