Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Manage inquiries and objections professionally, guiding potential clients toward informed decisions.
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records for reporting and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align engagement strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and handle objections effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in marketing, customer service and sales is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality.
- Computer skills and knowledge of collaboration.
- Utilize sales acumen to increase store sales, analyze performance data, set achievable goals, and motivate the team.
- 1-3 years in sales, customer service, and team management for hands-on expertise in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Passion for exceptional service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to drive sales with strategic initiatives.
