Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Chief Technology Officer role at Eban Capital in the Accra Metropolitan District. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Software Development and Product Development skills
- Project Management expertise
- Experience in IT Strategy and Architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
