Job Summary
A Reputable Company is seeking a qualified, competent, experienced hardworking, dedicated and honest individual for immediate employment as a Cashier /Front Desk Executive.

Job Description/Requirements
Job Overview:
- Provide cashiering support services as and when needed
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to the appropriate quarters
- Direct clients and the general public to the appropriate staff member
- Pickup, record and deliver mails to appropriate persons
- Open, record and date stamp all general correspondence
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and excel secretarial support.
- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and restock when appropriate
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
- Perform receptionist functions
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Support and assist the Executive Director and other staff
- Provide administrative services for the Executive Director
- Perform other related duties as require
Qualification and Core Competencies Required:
- Diploma/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or its equivalent
- Minimum of two years working experience in the above
- Good working knowledge of secretarial and/or cashiering services
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent mathematical skills and strong aptitude for problem solving, organization and planning
- Good negotiating skills and creative thinking required
- High integrity and strong aptitude for risks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- Ability to work independently and multi-tasked in a busy, fast paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to resolve difficult client through quality customer service
- Demonstrate good Business Intelligence
- Must be results oriented and demonstrate good leadership abilities
