Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Car Tire Sales Supervisor to lead our tire sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of automotive tires, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of tire sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote tire products and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs, vehicle specifications, and budget.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tire brands, specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong knowledge of automotive tires, including brands, sizes, and performance specifications.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the automotive industry or tire retail sector.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage.
