Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Car Tire Sales Supervisor to lead our tire sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of automotive tires, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of tire sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote tire products and increase market share.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs, vehicle specifications, and budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tire brands, specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and special offers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive tires, including brands, sizes, and performance specifications.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the automotive industry or tire retail sector.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Bilingual abilities are an advantage.
